Nagpur lockdown: IT firms are allowed to work with 5 pc staff.

Nagpur: Firms under the Vidarbha Association of Software Exporters based at IT Park Parsodi in Nagpur will be allowed to work with five per cent of staff, the district administration said on Monday.

The decision was taken after these firms had approached the administration to grant them a partial exemption from the lock-up rules in place due to a novel coronavirus outbreak.

The administration asked the association to take steps to ensure that workers are not infected with coronavirus, failing which action will be taken under the IPC and the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
