Nagpur: Bhartiya Krishi Vidyalaya (BKV) and School of Scholars (SOS), Beltarodi, won the Prahar Inter-School Handball Championship on Thursday.
In the boys under 17, Bhartiya Krishi Vidyalaya Team A defeated Prahar Military School 16-9. Sanket Nale scored six goals for the champions, while Pawan scored four. Aniket and Aaditya scored two goals each, while Navinya and Atharva scored one.
In the Under-14 division, SOS, Beltarodi, routed 19-4 to Prahar. Mandar emerged from the SOS team as the top scorer with five goals, while Mihir scored four. Om and Aayush scored three goals each, and Arnav and Vedant scored two.
Ace swimmer Anurag Khune of Raisoni College was the chief guest of the day.
