Changes In Tourism Rules Of Pench
The Pench Tiger Project has modified the prices of tourist safaris and a number of vehicles. Various rules related to safari have also been changed and the changes will be implemented in the new tourism season starting October 1. According to the new changes, 23 gypsies will be made available in the morning and evening from Sillari in the Pench Tiger Project. There will be 19 gypsies each at Khursapar.
If booking between two months to four months, the registration fee will be charged two thousand rupees for both Monday and Friday and four thousand rupees on Saturday and Sunday. If you register before 60 days and less, you will be charged Rs 3,000 for Monday to Friday, and two thousand rupees for Saturday and Sunday. The cantor will be charged Rs 350 per person. Guides will be charged Rs. 350.
Pench and bore tiger projects, as well as rates at Umred-Pawani-Khandala Sanctuary and Tipeshwar Sanctuary, have also been changed. Tiger safari is available at Billardhan and Adegaon in Bore Tiger Project, Sillari, Khursapar, Kolitamara, Chorabouli, Saleghat, Surewani and Pawani in Punch Tiger Project. Safaris have been launched at Umred-Pawani-Khandala-Khandala-Pullar, Pawani-Gothangaon gateways, and Sunna and Tiphni in Tipeshwar Sanctuary.
Safari only on good roads
Online Safari will be launched in all these destinations from 16 October. Offline Safari will be available starting October 1. This safari will continue on the roads which are in good condition. In the coming days, the rules regarding safari will be changed as per the rules of the National Tiger Defense Authority, the Pench Tiger Project Administration has said.
