A progressive initiative that was recently taken by the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) named the Earn and Learn theme has received a positive response from the scholars. during this theme, a hundred and fifty-five students were elect for the half time add the primary part and forty-five additional students are selected within the second part.Dr. S N Prathan has initiated the theme and currently, it’s been changed. Initial stage it’s got a poor response. the scholars were assigned completely different works in varied departments of the University. The students are assigned work for concerning 3 hours during a day and paid for it. The theme extremely boosted the economically weak students from country living in hostels. several of them were operating outside whilst waiters in hotels and bars. The University, that is suffering thanks to inadequate non-teaching employees, is additionally benefited because the students help polish off routine works. At Present, the theme is out there for the scholars learning within the University departments. As per data, several schools that are attached to Nagpur University are aiming to introduce this theme in their schools.
