Hale & healthy, first community patient also completes home quarantine
Nagpur: First COVID-19 resident, a 45-year-old city tech specialist, finished Thursday’s 14-day home quarantine. He spent a fortnight in medical isolation whilst receiving treatment. He’s finally able to interact with relatives and mates, of course, thus upholding mutual distancing and lockout laws.
Sharing his phone experience, he said pranayama and daily in-house workouts held him healthy throughout this time. “Yoga and pranayama with basic workouts and music kept me focused. Being back home after spending two weeks in the hospital, “he added.
Interestingly, on March 29, his 43-year-old partner, also finding COVID-19 positive, recovered and discharged. On April 11, she’ll complete 14-day home quarantine.
“So I’ll spend more time with family members. I’m still focusing on my book to teach people how to treat coronavirus, “he added.
