Flyer in quarantine at MLA hostel cries out for lack of facilities, officials are against him

Nagpur updates: After photographs of bad services and amenities in the MLA hostel became viral, the authorities dismissed the allegations and countered the lone complainant there with positive reviews from many others out of a total of 159 flyers in qurantine. District collector Ravindra Thakare said the cleaners and staff didn’t report for duty due to Sunday’s Janata curfew and he may have faced the issues. “But he should have told the authorities which would have helped him out immediately. He is only one of the prisoners facing problems. The number of inmates also rose on Sunday, which may have contributed to a shortage of facilities.

Meanwhile, a couple from Durg had to be relieved after the woman’s mother passed away in exceptional circumstances. She was sent, as per officials, in a special car arranged by them, that will be sanitized upon return.
