Suspected COVID-19 patient held at railway station Nagpur
As the state government has asked all the offices, shops in the city should remain closed until March 31, as the number of positive COVID-19 cases in the state has increased. And today a suspected Delhi individual has been brought into the MLA hostel quarantine facility.
After traveling from Moscow, Russia the individual had landed at Delhi airport. He was told to be isolated after screening to check-up and stop flying.
According to sources, even after suggestions from doctors at Delhi airport, having his hometown in Vijayawada, the individual had been taken on board a train that was later requested by the city police to stop his journey at Nagpur railway station. The individual was keeping a quarantine stamp on his hand by which the police caught him.
