It has been according to that Tata realty has sold Trillium shopping mall in Nagpur to Singapore-based Virtuous Retail South Asia (VRSA) for 700 crores. VRSA is that the retail arm of private equity firm Xander. The shopping mall within the town is cover 7 lakh sq ft area. the corporate has more 2 additional operational centres to its existing, operational five.4 million sq. feet retail portfolio. As per data, the acquisition from Tata realty is an element of the company’s fast pan-India expansion strategy being executed through each ground-up development and acquisition of existing, high –quality retail assets.
