इस बार बाढ़ के कारण पूर्व विदर्भ के भंडारा, नागपुर, गडचिरोली जिलों में महावितरण को बहुत हानि हुई है।
पूर्व विदर्भ के बाढ़ पीढ़ित क्षेत्रों में करीब 1.38 लाख कस्टमरों की बिजली भी बंद करनी भी पड़ी।
महावितरण कम्पनी की तरफ से बताया गया कि बाढ़ की लपेटें में आकर महावितरण कम्पनी को लगभग 9.20 करोड़ रुपयों की बड़ी हानि हुई है।फिलहाल अभी जिन क्षेत्रों में पानी उतर चुका है वहां के 1.23 लाख कस्टमरों की बिजली व्यवस्था पूरी सही तरीके से की जा चुकी है।
नागपुर और गडचिरोली जिले के दूर दूर क्षेत्रों में जहां बाढ़ का पानी अभी भी भरा है वहां के करीब 15000 कस्टमरों की बिजली अभी भी चालू नहीं हो पाई है।
625 गांव हैं बाढ़ पीढ़ित
नागपुर जिले में बीस हजार व भंडारा जिले में अठाविस हजार परिवारों की बिजली गुल हो गई थी।
विदर्भ में बाढ़ से कुल 625 गांव पीढ़ित हो गए। जिसमें सबसे ज्यादा 89000 कस्टमर्स गडचिरोली जिले में प्रभावित हुए।
सबसे अधिक 3.27 करोड़ की हानि भी गडचिरोली जिले में ही हुई है।नागपुर जिले में 2.68 करोड़ और भंडारा जिले में 3.20 करोड़ की हानि हुई है।
4334 ट्रांसफार्मरों में खराबी आने से नुकसान पहुंचा है।नागपुर प्रादेशिक प्रभारी प्रादेशिक संचालक सुहास रंगारी तथा मुख्य अभियंता दोडके ने मौदा डिस्ट्रिक्ट के माथनी का दौरा कर कुल हानि का जायजा लिया। जिन क्षेत्रों में अभी भी बिजली में ठीक से शुरू नहीं हुई है वहां सुधार कार्य प्रगति पर है।
दरअसल क्षेत्रीय मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र (RMC), नागपुर द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए आंकड़ों के अनुसार, शहर में इस महीने कुल 437 मिलीमीटर बारिश दर्ज की गई। अगस्त महीने के लिए नागपुर जिले के लिए बारिश 280.6 मिमी है।
इस अगस्त में, शहर के जिलों में इस महीने सामान्य से डेढ़ गुना अधिक बारिश हुई।
28 अगस्त को शहर में भारी बारिश हुई, जो दिन-रात रुक-रुक कर जारी रही। उस पूरे दिन में 60 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की गई थी।
क्षेत्रीय मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र अधिकारियों ने आगे बताया कि अगस्त में शहर में 20 दिनों तक बारिश हुई।
मौसम विभाग के पूर्वानुमान के अनुसार, आने वाले कुछ दिनों में विदर्भ के कुछ स्थानों पर हल्की से मध्यम बारिश होने के आसार हैं।
इन सब में एक अच्छी खबर यह है कि बार, नागपुर में इस मौसम में 14% अधिक बारिश हुई है। भंडारा और गोंदिया में 10 से 2% अधिक बारिश हुई है, जबकि बुलढाणा और वाशिम में क्रमशः 5 और 11% अतिरिक्त बारिश हुई है।
पिछले साल के विपरीत, इस क्षेत्र के अधिकांश हिस्सों में अच्छी बारिश हुई है। अकोला और अमरावती इस क्षेत्र में सबसे शुष्क रहे हैं, दोनों में 26% बारिश की कमी है। सितंबर के पहले सप्ताह में शहर में अधिकतम तापमान 32-34 डिग्री सेल्सियस के बीच रहने की संभावना है। न्यूनतम पारा स्तर 25-27 डिग्री सेल्सियस के आसपास रहेगा।

दरअसल राष्ट्रीय पर्यावरण इंजीनियरिंग रिसर्च इंस्टीयूट (NEERI) के शोधकर्ताओं ने नागपुर की एयर क्वालिटी स्टडी में पाया है के लॉक डाउन के दौरान कई दिनों से सड़कों पर वाहनों की आवाजाही बहुत ही कम होने के कारण एयर पार्टिकल पहले की अपेक्षा काफी शुद्ध हुए हैं।
इस स्टडी का नाम दिया गया था “इम्पैक्ट ऑफ़ लॉक डाउन ओन एयर क्वालिटी ऑफ नागपुर” इसे प्रिंसिपल साइंटिस्ट डॉक्टर नील कमल ने पहले और बाद के डाटा को एनालाइज किया।बताया जा रहा है के इससे जुड़ा एक प्रेस रिलीज भी दिया गया है जिसमें इसकी सम्पूर्ण जानकारी दी गई है। इस अध्ययन की पहली अवधि 20 फ़रवरी से 20 मार्च की रखी गई थी और दूसरी अवधि 21 मार्च से 17 अप्रैल की रखी गई ।दोनों ही अध्ययन में पाया गया के शहर की एयर क्वालिटी में काफी सुधार आया है।
बताया जा रहा है के CSIR NEERI ने कॉन्टिनुएस एम्बिएंट एयर क्वालिटी मॉनिटरिंग स्टेशन सिविल लाइन्स नागपुर में इंस्टाल किया गया था।
लॉक डाउन के कारण वातावरण में अच्छा सुधार आया है और मेजर वायु प्रदूषक PM 10 और PM 2 और नाइट्रोजन डाइऑक्साइड या सल्फर डाइऑक्साइड आदि की मात्रा हवा में कम हो गई है।
देखा जाए तो यह पर्यावरण के लिए एक अच्छा समय रहा वातावरण भी शुद्ध हुआ।
