Bardi to Bhandewadi bus service begins
The Transport Department of Nagpur Municipal Corporation inaugurated the general public utility from Bardi to Bhandewadi Railway currently. Deputy mayor Manisha Kothe waved the green flag at the inauguration. Legislative Committee president Ad. Dharmapal Meshram, Nehru Nagar Zone president Samita Chakole, Suraj Jhodape, Mukesh Shende, Ashok Deshmukh, Rajesh Sheleke, Rajesh Sangwar were present on the occasion. Following continuous demand of the citizens to start a bus company from Bardi to Bhandewadi, Legislative committee president and councilor Dharmapal Meshram took the initiative and began the bus company. From Bardi to Bhandewadi, the bus can travel via Bhandawadi train depot to Bidgaon Fata, Swaminarayan Temple, Kharbi, Iswarnagar, Bhandeplot Chowk, Sakkadara Chowk, Krida Chowk, Medical Chowk, Bus Stand and Manas Chowk. Tickets for the bus is Rs 29 and a half-price ticket is at Rs 15. The bus will depart from Morbhavan at 7.50, 9.35, 11.40, 13.25, 15.10, 16.55, 18.35 and depart at Bhandewadi railway station at 8.40,10.25,12.30,14.15,16.00 and 17.45. The transport department has appealed to the locals to use the bus company. Transport Department’s Ramrao Matkar, Sukir Sontakke, Sunil Mushrif, Yogesh Navaghare, Mukesh Andhare, Rohit Mende, Navneet Ramteke, Praveen Naik were present on the occasion.
