Making Lord Ganesha with more harmful colours and Plaster of Paris is very hazardous for the environment. There are different ideas for making an eco-friendly idol of Lord Ganesha and are as follows
• Tree Ganesha
This idol of Lord Ganesha are made of neem seeds inserted in four sizes 9,12,
15 and 18 inches. During immersion, you need to put idol in the pot with soil and

• Paper Mache Ganesha

from 13 inches to two feet and are coloured in watercolours. The idols take 30
minutes to two hours to dissolve in water.
