New RTMNU program, students to get all the information about Google App
Across every field of human life, technology has marked its entry. And technology is also something unavoidable in education. In view of this, a new initiative has also been established by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU). It is an App from Google. Now, the University’s 4 lakh students will receive every single information starting with their admission to their schedule and result sheet on Google App.
As per information, students will have to enter their details such as registration number, mother’s name after which they will receive their every single information from the date of admission to the schedule, result details, etc. University conducts 1,250 exams in summer and 1,000 in winter, according to Udapure.
The semester method has given the students much frustration. Students who failed have to face more than one test. The time limit to go for revaluation is just seven days after the results have been announced.
Often outcome details reach students very late and they are not in a position to apply. There are some instances where students were excluded from the test. The bigger winners of this program would be students from rural areas.
Dr. Prafulla Sable, examination (CoE) controller said they’re going to improve the SMS system properly and it’s going to definitely help students. In most cases students were found to change numbers, so they can not be identified by the university.
University would fail to provide these students information in that situation. University came up with Google App to address the deficiency. In case the number is changed the person can still obtain all the information through the Google app.
