Considering the comprehensive analysis of various factors, the Government issued a circular on Thursday, mandating schools to commence pre-primary classes for Std I to IV after 9 am. The circular emphasizes that schools encountering challenges in adjusting their schedules should collaborate with the District Education Officer for viable solutions. Importantly, it stresses adherence to the teaching hours specified in the Right to Education Act 2009.
